It's a neighborhood bar. It's a dart
bar. It's a rock and roll venue. And it's just a block away from the train
station in Huntington Station. On this evening we shared the stage with
FOS (Friend's Of Slacker) NZ3. After 2 sets of their hard hitting rock and
roll style we took to the stage with our set of re-tooled covers. It was
all good but my personal favorite that night was "Islands in the Sun".
It was also an interesting counterpoint to play the Everclear version of
"Brown eyed girl" after NZ3 did the original Van Morrison version.
We're looking forward to returning to Leavy's sometime in the near future. |

Darts are a prominent feature
of the Leavy's culture. Teams of dart players were at it all night.
